Tube of choice and closeup
New canvas 600 x 250
Pick a color from your tube
Floodfill your canvas
Add a new layer
Effects > Plugins > VM Toolbox > Grid > settings > Grid Size 30, X-Adjust 0, Y-Adjust 0, Line Width 0, Red 255, Green 255, Blue 255, Transparency 0
Magic wand > settings > Add (Shift), Match Mode RGB Value, Tolerance 0, Contiguous Checked, Feather 0, Anti-Alias checked, Outside
Click in your white grid so they are all selected. You can zoom in on this step to make it easier. Expand by 1 and fill with the color you used only a darker shade.
Deselect > Effects > DSB > Flux > Bright Noise > settings > Intensity 40 and Direction Mix. Drop Shadow with settings 3, 3, 75, 5.
Click on the bottom layer
Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds > settings > Width 3, Opacity 75, Use the dark color, Horizontal and Light from Left Top are both checked > click OK.
Copy/paste the closeup to the left side of your canvas. The closeup goes under your grid layer. Change the blend mode to Multiply and opacity 70 or something you like. (Blend Modes will vary depending on your tube)
Click on the top layer and copy/paste your tube > mirror > place it on the right.

Optional Step > Click on the bottom layer > Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise > settings > Random, 11, Monochrome checked
Crop your tag back to the original size. We are getting rid of the extra tube parts.
Click on your top layer > add a new layer > select all and floodfill with your dark color, contract by 4 then hit the delete key on your keyboard. Keep selected > Invert
Effects > Plugins > Penta > Color Dot at Default Settings
Deselect and apply a drop shadow > settings > 1, 1, 85. 1, black. This gives the frame a bit of something so it's not so flat.
Add your credits and name. Save as a JPG and your tag is finished.
